Returns & Refunds



We select our wines with utmost care from thousands of wines, only the top quality, good value and delicious wines are included in our wine list. We would like you to be happy with your purchase. If, for any reason, a wine you purchased from us fails to satisfy, please notify us within 30 days of receipt of your order. We will refund immediately but not later than 14 days from the date of the return notification. For the refund, we will use the same payment method that used for the original order.

To be eligible for a return, remaining bottles must be unopened and in the same condition that you received it.

Damage & mis-delivery

If your order goes missing or is damaged between dispatch and delivery, we will send you a replacement order as soon as we can. In the event that we cannot replace the missing or damaged goods, we will give you a full refund. Claims for non-delivery or damaged goods must be made within 30 days of your order date.
