Cardinal is a light to medium bodied red wine blend comprising grapes from several vineyards between 30 and 60 years old.
Grenache 40% , carignan 30%, cinsault 15% & mourvèdre 15% , all coming from the village of Vallabrix.
This wine display some beautiful red berries perfume notes on the nose and has nice grippy tannins giving a persistent finish to the wine.
Fruit is whole bunch macerated for about 10 days in stainless still tank, after pressing, the wine is fermented and aged in old oak barrels for 8 months.
